Welcome to Hart 2 Heart Animal Rescue

At Hart 2 Heart, our focus is on helping animals in Philadelphia and surrounding counties.  We nurture abused, abandoned, and unwanted animals so they can be adopted into safe, loving, and secure homes. When needed, we provide a safe haven where animals that are not adopted can live out their lives safely and peacefully in foster care. At the heart of what we do is our commitment to rescue, foster, and find great homes for animals in need of a second chance. We have been dedicated to this goal since 2017 and are forever grateful to the volunteers, fosters, and adopters who share our vision to give all animals a safe and happy home.

We also work to educate the community on the importance of humane animal treatment and practices that reduce animal suffering.
