Layla  and her 4 companions  got their passports ready when their owner sent them to the US from Egypt to find them new loving homes (really, they have passports!). Sadly, their mom sent them on this big adventure because  she  is dying and won't be around much longer. She loved them so much that she sent them on the trek all the way to America so they would find the very best homes. She didn't feel she could find that in Egypt. Now  Layla , who was born around January of 2016 is a citizen of the US. But you can tell she is an Egyptian cat as they tend to be slightly larger than most US cats. After a long flight from Egypt, she’s had some time to warm up in her foster home, and now we know her true personality.  Layla  is 100% a girl boss and lets everyone know it.  She makes sure she is the first to greet her favorite person.  Layla  would do fine with almost any family. While  Layla  is used to living with other cats, she also would do just fine on her own. She definitely prefers being the head lady in charge.  Have you seen this beautiful girl? Look at those long locks and tiger stripes! Even though  Layla  has one cloudy eye, it doesn't affect her ability to get around at all and s he is definitely regal in stature.  Can you help  Layla  land in her forever home that she traveled so far to find?
