Rasputin is a handsome Russian Blue mix born in August 2021. He is sweet but shy at first. All he wants is to love and be loved. He is a lap cat without a permanent lap to camp out on. We are not sure what happened to him but if you approach him too fast he will run to hide. But if you stop and call him and tell him it is ok, he will come in for all the loving he can get. This leads us to believe that maybe he was being abused but he becomes more and more trusting every day now that he is in a safe space. He loves all his fellow foster cats and kittens and is really just a mushy sweetheart. Can you be his permanent lap and safe space and give him all the love he wants and deserves?
