Reese is a happy and adorable 12 year old Shi Tzu / King Charles Cavalier mix. She is looking for a home due to no fault of her own (family is moving and cannot accommodate her in new home). Reese is a sweet and friendly dog who enjoys people and dog-watching, and likes to talk (bark) when she sees others! She can be shy at first but warms up quickly and likes to be petted by her humans. Reese loves to be outside but, as an older pup, she
struggles after long walks and running so walks should be brief. (She has a pain relief medication for this). She is scared by loud noises such as thunder or fireworks. (And has been prescribed Xanax for that). Reese would do best as a solo dog or with other calm dogs and older kids. Reese is spayed and receives heartworm and flea and tick meds monthly. She is up to date on rabies and lepto/Lyme vaccines. Unsure of how she is with cats, and would be best with older kids.
