MEET ROMEO, a large, handsome, loveable-and-goofy young 2-3-year-old black male with yellow eyes. (He looks like a black panther!) True to his name, Romeo is a great big LOVE!  Romeo is a GORGEOUS cat with a FABULOUS personality! This big happy-funny SWEETIE will hilariously FLOP! on the floor/surfaces and stretch/roll because he’s SO happy!

Romeo LOVES to look out of windows and watch people and wildlife, and he LOVES playtime! He’ll impressively jump for feather wands, will chase a tiny ball, toy, or hairband/rubberband if you toss it.  He’ll entertain himself by playing with his toys/tunnel/play mat if you’re busy. He’ll follow you around the house and keep you company when you’re doing chores, and even politely “supervise” from a kitchen island or chair while you cook. He just loves to see what you’re doing! You’ll never feel lonely with Romeo!

While he has lots of energy when playing, Romeo is also a mellow fellow. He’ll curl up and sit/nap quietly near you on a chair or table while you work on your computer and will cuddle and even watch TV with you when you relax on the sofa! (He loves to see/hear animals on TV!)

Romeo was found in Winter, 2021 outside a nice apartment complex in a Philly suburb. He was taken in by Hart 2 Heart, tested/vetted/vaccinated/neutered/chipped, fostered (his foster Mama loves him, too!), and adopted in mid-July by a NJ family that ADORES him, but unfortunately, a family member was unexpectedly strongly allergic, and after trying everything, they sadly had to return Romeo to foster care. (Otherwise, the heartbroken family says they never would’ve given this “BEST cat in the world!” up!)

But maybe Romeo was meant to be with you!

If you have the time, space, love, and means to welcome this big cuddly feline best friend to your home/family, are committed to providing Romeo with his lifetime of care, companionship, and comfort (you’ll get LOTS of love and laughs back!), and if you and yours have no allergies to cats, we’d love to hear from you!

Romeo seems to be in fantastic health with no known health concerns. He tested negative for FeLV/FIV, was fully vetted, neutered, and microchipped, and is current on all his shots.
