Say hello to Oscar. He is a very sweet, chill boy, born in February 2020. Oscar spends time exploring his foster house and playing with his foster buddies. He gets along well with all the animals in the house including the birds. Oscar enjoys pets and cuddles, especially at night. He is very curious and would do best with a playmate.
