OURTESY POST PLEASE SHARE THIS IS A WONDERFUL DOG WHO DESERVES A WONDERFUL HOME. TY?????Senior pup Guppy is such a puppy at heart! He gets all excited and wiggles and talks to you when you take him out for a walk. He loves walking in the grass ….all the smells are exciting to him. He’s a good walker, he likes to keep going but he doesn’t pull at all. Guppy was surrendered to the shelter after his only owner his whole 9 years died. A relative tried to do the right thing by re-homing Guppy at his house with his resident dog but it wasn’t a match and so he brought Guppy to us. Poor “Gup” was shut down for a bit after such huge changes in his life but that puppy spirit that makes him who he is came through and soon he was happy to go out, to make friends and to have some fun. He would really be an easy boy to care for and have fun with. He likes to nap a lot and is always up for a walk. He also trots around the play yards at the shelter so if you have a fenced in yard he would like that but if not walks are his favorite anyway. He’s a very good passenger in the car and likes car rides. Based on his interactions with the dog he was living with we think he would do best as an “only pet” in a quiet home.
